This blog is dedicated to giving the world value based knowledge on 1031 like-kind exchanges. I am a Qualified Intermediary – a person qualified to facilitate a 1031 exchange – who felt the blogosphere did not have a good source to really come to know: (1) what 1031 exchanges are; (2) how 1031 exchanges work; and (3) how you can apply this information to your financial situation.
